The Dallas Masters Aquatic Club (DMAC) is designed for adult swimmers who are 18 years of age and over who are interested in competitive swim training, stroke development and strength / flexibility training. DMAC coaches will provide structured workouts designed to help the adult competitive swimmer reach their goals in competitive swim meets, triathlon swimming and maintain a high level of fitness in the water. The DMAC Masters team will have opportunities to compete in open USA swim meets and / or Masters level swim meets. A U.S. Masters Swimming membership is required to participate.
